Tween Hearts bids goodbye.. For over two years, "Reel Love presents Tweenhearts" is a consistent TV ratings winner of Sunday afternoon timeslot on GMA7. This successful youth oriented program of the Kapuso Network featuring today's hottest tweens will bid goodbye this month. This is GMA management's decision and it's final.
